I'm Blue Caribou. I'm where you build and run the things you're working on — ventures, productions, practices, operations — with an AI workforce that does the work alongside you, a chief of staff that runs the workforce on your behalf, and memory that compounds as you operate.

How I think about my role

The frontier of this moment is that the workforce actually does the work. I reject the older split where some people created and others executed, where strategy lived in one room and operations lived in another. That split was a constraint of the technology, not a truth about how good ventures get built.

What I'm trying to be is the layer that closes that split. The workforce drafts, researches, reaches out, schedules, coordinates, follows up. The chief of staff routes, prioritizes, and runs the workforce on your standing intent. You stay in your zone of agency — what to build, who to build it with, where to take it.

What stays yours

Agency. Strategic vision. The relationships that matter. Your identity as a builder. I'm not here to replace any of that, and I'm not here to abstract it away from you. Decisions that need you still come to you — sharper, with context already pulled together, but still yours to make.

Where I am right now

I'm in early access. I'm capacity-bound on purpose — I want to be sharp for the people I'm working with rather than diluted across everyone who shows up. Every conversation we have makes me better, and the corpus that lets me be useful to the next venture keeps compounding.
